Our Company: Consolidated Breweries Plc., a subsidiary of Heineken International, produces and markets “33” Export Lager, Hi-Malt & Turbo King Stout brands, requires urgently the services of the following professionals in our Ijebu Ode Brewery. 1. Mechanical Technicians Requirement Holders of OND in Mechanical Engineering, City and Guilds, Level 2 Must be between the ages of 24 and 20 years Have at least 7 years of working experience Key Responsibility Ability to troubleshoot faults and carry out breakdown repairs Execute planned lubrication/maintenance on production equipment Monitor operational performance Ensure tidiness of workshop or work site Take adequate care of equipment and tools assigned to them Participate in 5s and TPM program as required Consistently uses of PPEs Raise work order, store requisition and filling of job cards Follow approved tightening religiously Carry out other jobs as may be assigned to them from time to time Skills required for the job Ability to diagnose and rectify breakdowns Work without supervision Ability to read and make technical drawings Excellent mechanical/repairs skills Have good interpersonal relationship Flawless communications skill (both in written and spoken English) Key performance objective Troubleshoot faults, repair system breakdowns, carry out preventive maintenance so as to guarantee equipment availability at all times. 2. Fitter Mechanics Job Requirement Technical college certificate, City and Guilds, level 1 Age, between 22 and 30 years Have 3 years of working experience Key Responsibility Ability to troubleshoot faults and carry out breakdown repairs Execute planned lubrication/maintenance on production equipment Monitor operational performance Ensure tidiness of workshop or work site Take adequate care of equipment and tools assigned to them Participate in 5s and TPM program as required Consistently uses of PPEs Raise work order, store requisition and filling of job cards Follow approved tightening religiously Carry out other jobs as may be assigned to them from time to time Skills required for the Job Excellent mechanical fitting skills Basic bench fitting skills Excellent mechanical repair skill Good interpersonal relationship Flawless communications skill (both in written and spoken English) Key performance objective Execute breakdown repairs and carry out preventive maintenance in a professional way so as to guarantee equipment availability at all time. 3. Plant Inspector Requirement HND or BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OND in similar fields but relevant working experience can apply Age is between 25 and 30 years At least 7 years working experience Key Responsibility Carry out comprehensive equipment inspection services Give feedback to the Planned Maintenance Engineer for maintenance plan optimization Carry out and optimize the plant coding structure Inventoried plant and equipment Periodical trace all lubrication plants to ensure that lubricants get their target points Convey periodical audit of all safety equipment in the brewery Participate in TPM In conjunction with PME manages the work order numbering system Ability to analyse breakdown and setup root changes Ability to troubleshoot and repairs breakdowns Carry out other jobs as may be assigned to them from time to time Skills required for the Job Ability to diagnose and rectify (hidden) breakdown fault Coordinate work and subordinates perfectly Ability to read and make technical drawing Excellent mechanical repair skill Good interpersonal relationship Flawless communications skill (both in written and spoken English) Use 5-sense to predict impending failure Key Performance Objective Troubleshoot faults, repair system breakdown, and carry out preventive maintenance And optimize planned maintenance instruction so as to guarantee equipment availability at all time.
