Projects Environment Health Safety And Quality Manager Person Specification: • A Good University Degree In Engineering, Quality Management Or Sciences With A Minimum Of 2.2. • Membership, Nigerian Environmental Society Or Nigerian Society Of Engineers And Relevant Professional Bodies. • Minimum Of 8years Post-Qualification Experience In Infrastructure Or Oil And Gas Industry. Required Competencies: • EHSQ Policies, Regulations And Standards Knowledge • Engineering, Design, Construction And Interface Knowledge • Negotiation Skills And Firmness • Relationship Management Especially With Regulatory Officials • Facilitation/Training • Oil & Gas Industry Experience. • Strategic Thinking • Problem Solving & Decision Making • Risk Management • Goal Orientation / Aggressiveness • Leadership 2.
