Job at MTN for an Experienced Training Administrator

The main responsibilities include:
* Financial management and record keeping of training disbursement* Coordination of corporate induction programme* Vendor management* Administration of the Mystery Shopper programme* Logistics management* Training scheduling* Maintain training facilities & equipments* Ensure production of training manuals* Manage billing reconciliation administration process for L&D* Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager Learning & Development
