Bank PHB is recruiting for a Business Analyst it its Retail Banking Unit. The ideal candidate will provide Customer Intelligence/ Analytics and management information for effective decision making and business strategy in the retail banking division. The role also includes co-ordination of retail banking market / external research with customer behaviour analytics to provide, end to end view of market and customer information for retail business strategy Candidate will be a graduate with an MBA , BSc/ MSc in in Statistics/ Acturial Science, Statisitics, Economics or Finance; 2 years experience in Business Analysis and Customer Intelligence preferably in the service industry; Market research management experience; Business Case Development and Business Planning Experience; Strategic Thinking; Strong team and Interpersonal Skills Deadline is 28th March, 2008.
