Consolidated Breweries Plc, a subsidiary of Heineken International, is a modern brewery with state of the art machinery at two locations in the South Eastern and South Western parts of the country engaged in the brewing of popular “33″ Export Lager, Hi-Malt and Turbo King brands in Nigeria for over twenty five years.
Consolidated Breweries is recruiting for a Personnel Officer in Imo State.
The Personnel Officer reports to the Human Resources Manager – Eastern Operation. Fields of responsibilities of the Personnel officer are as follows:
- Assist Human Resources Managers-EO in carrying out recruitment and other HR services/ functions
- Monitors and supervises medical facilities
- Supervises brewery canteen facilities
- Handles leave matters
- Prepares monthly HR reports
- Monitors compliance to industrial safety rules and use of personal protective equipment
- Assists Human Resources Manager – EO in industrial relation matters
- Handles ITF matters
Requirements:
We are looking for University/ Polytechnics graduates with a minimum of Bachelors degree / HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Liberal Arts. Membership of relevant professional bodies like CIPM will be an added advantage. Our ideal candidate must be within the age bracket of 25 – 35 yrs with minimum of three years working experience as Personnel / Admin. Officer from a reputable manufacturing company.
