Total Plc is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager (Marketing). Candidate must be a graduate with BSc/HND in any Social Science / Art and possess 3-5 years work experience in a reputable establishment.
Candidate must be proficient in spoken and written French and must be proficient in the use of the computer.
He/she must have good analytical skills; must be able to work with minimal supervision and be attentive to detail.
Job description:
* Projects a professional image of the company
* Manages the GM’s daily itinery and diary
* Keeps accurate diary and schedule of important Group/Company activities and events
* Compiles administrative report and maintains accurate record of documents
* Maintains an effective document and filing management system for the GM’s office
* Processes incoming and outgoing mail and deals with telephone enquires as appropriate
* Handles visitors requirements and routine matters
* Manages photocopying, faxing and other office working tools in the GM’s office
* Processes purchase orders and expense claims for the GM’s office
* Performs other assigned duties as delegated by the GM (Marketing)
