• To manage and coordinate the Brewing department (People, Plant, Process and Systems) in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the most efficient and effective manner
• Manage human
resources
• Plan resource requirements and implementation of strategic objectives
• Manage plant, process and systems
• Manage productivity
• Translate and implement brewing, manufacturing and business strategies
• Manage occupational health, safety and risks
• Organize /interpret data and operational information Compile and manage budgets Authorize weekly / annual production plans
• Coordinate CAPIN / CAPEX justification for brewing
• Manage asset care for brewing plant
QUALIFICATION
The occupant of this position should possess:
• Minimum of B.Sc degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences i.e. (Ideally, Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Brewing Science & Food Science Technology).
• Minimum of Five (5) years experience in brewing or related field experience at a senior line management position, preferably in a brewery or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
• Understanding of process control within a brewing/ process environment
• Assertive and analytical
• Proven leadership ability
• Great communication and team-related skills
• Good understanding of the principles and practices of manufacturing excellence
• Good understanding of asset 'care principles and good work practice ( Including CMMS )
2. PACKAGING MANAGER
Job summary:
To manage and coordinate the Packaging department (People, Plant, Process and Systems) in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the
most efficient and effective manner
Duties and responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the Packaging Manager will:
• Manage human resources
• Manage plant, process and systems
• Manage productivity

• Translate and implement packaging, manufacturing and business strategies

• Manage asset care for packaging plant

3. BREWING ENGINEER
Job summary:
To provide technical expertise to the shift teams, in order to optimize the process and performance measures for brewing process areas and to ensure maintenance integrity within brewing section.
Duties and responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the Brewing Engineer will:
• Provide technical expertise
• Optimize production processes
• Optimize plant and equipment availability
• Manage/optimize computerized maintenance management system
• Manage SYSPRO system integrity and optimal usage.
• Mentor and coach the shift team
• Facilitate team problem solving and decision making
• Manage human resources
• Compile and manage asset care budgets for brewing
• Optimize maintenance reliability , availability and cost
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
The occupant of this position should possess:
• Minimum of B.Sc degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineeri ng) and/or additional business qualifications.
• Minimum of Five (5) years experience in brewing engineering or related field. experience at a senior leadership position, preferably in a brewery or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment.

To co-ordinate, coach and control the activities of the level one maintenance teams in the production environment and to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability.
Duties and responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the Packaging Engineer will:
• Maintain a healthy, safe and risk free working environment
• Manage human resources
• Optimize plant and equipment availability and reliability
• Manage/optimize computerized maintenance management system
• Manage SYSPRO system integrity and optimal usage.
• Optimize process performance
• Manage small/Minor CAPIN /CAPEX projects
• Optimize maintenance reliability, availability and costs
Qualifications and skills required
