1. Graduate Trainee
Job Details:
Graduate Trainee Scheme
You must be result
oriented, relish responsibility with an enthusiastic approach to learning and
self improvement. You must be a good team player with high energy levels
and good appetite for fast paced challenging assignments. You must possess
good communication and organisation skills, have good initiative and be capable
of independent thoughts.
The programme is a
twenty-month packaged intensive training and development initiative that
support the trainees in hands-on roles and responsibilities. Training is
broad based within our core businesses and functions and delivered through
class work, special projects, web learning, executive mentoring and exposure to
business units operations and functional areas.
Successful Trainees will
be quickly integrated into the business and equipped with business, managerial
and professional competencies to pursue a rewarding career and position
themselves for leadership roles in the business.
Qualification:
Ø
1st degree (minimum 2nd class lower division) obtained full time
from a recognised University not earlier than 2009.
Ø
5 O’ level credits at one sitting including English Language and
Mathematics.
Ø
Applicants should have completed NYSC by March end 2012.
Ø
Must not be above 28 years by December end 2011.

2. Human Resources Advisor
Job Details:
The Job
Ø Work in partnership with line managers
on all human resources matters.
Ø Provide advisory services to employees
in assigned business unit.
Ø Work closely with other HR functions as
it relates to assigned business units.
Ø Ensure HR matters are handled fairly
and consistently in line with statutory and company requirements.
Ø Help to drive organisational
performance by driving core business objectives in assigned units.
Qualification:
Ø BSc/BA with at least a second class upper
class of degree.
Ø 5 O’ level credits including
Mathematics & English Language
The Person:
Ø Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Ø Excellent organisational and
administrative skills

Experience:
Ø Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a
similar role.
Ø Generalist HR experience within an HR
environment.

Job Details:
The Job:
Develop policy, process and initiatives to meet
company’s aspirations on talent attraction, retention and management,
career planning and development, succession planning and executive
management development in line with the talent/learning and development
strategies. Identify critical jobs for optimal business performance. Assesses
talent readiness and translate to talent development plan.
Qualification:
Ø Bachelor’s degree. Possession of a
Master’s degree and / or
Ø Professional certification would be an
advantage.
The Person:
The successful candidate must have exceptional
interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, have a solid sense of
confidentiality and discretion, be able to develop and maintain highly
effective relationship externally and internally and be able to operate
individually and employ solid decision making skills.
Experience:
Ø A minimum of 7 years working experience
in a similar role with hands on knowledge of talent management tools.
