operate three breweries, including one in Benin and Aba, with the brewery in
Lagos considered as one of the most modern and technologically advanced

We
are currently recruiting the following positions:
1. Condition Monitoring Technician
Reports To: Brewery Maintenance Planners
Context/Scope
Nigeria is currently the
world's third largest market for the Guinness Brand. The Condition Monitoring
Technicians are responsible for ensuring that the condition monitoring program
effectively predicts and prevent equipment failures.
Qualifications and
Experience Required
Ø
4 years experience/competence in Operations, Maintenance, Process
Control and Performance Measurement in a brewery or drinks or food
manufacturing environment.
Ø
Ideally have an appropriate qualification in Brewing, Packaging,
Engineering or Utilities (as appropriate) and/or a nationally recognised
technical qualification, preferably HND.
Ø
Demonstrate understanding of teamwork principles, continuous
improvement, preventative maintenance and problem solving.

2. Engineering Maintenance
Technician
Reports To: Production Services Engineer
Context/Scope:
Nigeria is currently the world's third largest market for the Guinness
Brand. GNPLC is striving towards world class standards and to be the Number 1
Alcoholic Drinks Company in Nigeria. The company is investing huge resources
into: growing production and sales volumes, continuous improvement of their
operations, training and development of their staff (CAP) and capital for the
latest technology.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Ø 2 years experience/competence in
Operations, Maintenance, Process Control and Performance Measurement in a
brewery or drinks or food manufacturing environment.
Ø Ideally have an appropriate
qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering or Utilities (as appropriate)
and/or a nationally recognised technical qualification.
Ø Demonstrate understanding of teamwork
principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance and problem
solving.

3. Laboratory Technician
Reports To: Laboratory Technologist
Context/Scope:
The Brewery operations are focused on our three sites, - Ogba, Benin and
Aba. And all sites have quality functions within their structure.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Ø OND or HND in physical, chemical or
biological sciences.
Ø On the job experience, having worked
for minimum of 2 years in a laboratory environment.
Ø Result oriented.
Ø Very good communication skills.
Ø Good interpersonal skills.
