A security services Department of a leading financial institution is seeking for the services of performance driven investment officers/stockbrokers and a processing officer to anchor its investing and processing functions. JobTitle: Investment Officer/Stockbroker Job scope: This portfolio focuses on Asset Management including the supervision of the Professional Management of funds, Research of individual Assets and Asset classes, Dealing, Settlement and Preparation of investment report for Management. Key responsibilities: • Managing Investment Assets to ensure exceptional returns and effective achievement of corporate performance objectives • Developing and implementing investment strategy for selected investment assets • Monitoring the general investment portfolio • Identifying risks and implementing measures to mitigating risk while maximizing returns, and devising hedging strategies • Evaluating market directions and overall portfolio positions • Reporting to management on the general investment portfolios • Recommending changes in strategy of assets and asset classes and determining superior investments alternatives • Dealing, on the floors of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (“NSE”) Candidate’s specification Skills & Competencies • Experience in Portfolio/ Asset Management • Knowledge of individual investible securities and security classes • In-depth understanding of the Nigerian capital markets • Excellent understanding of Asset Management products • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work as a TEAM Experience and Education: • Not more than 30 years of age • Minimum of BSc Degree in any social science courses and ACIS qualification. - Reporting Line: The position reports to the Head of Security Services Department of the Institution Job Title: Processing Officer Job scope: This portfolio focuses on processing and accounting functions, setting up of functional processes/system and effective document filling/management functions with a view to tracking all payables and providing up to date financial information for decision making as well as coordinating other related activities of the department

Key responsibilities: • Developing and implementing effective accounting system and document filling framework to guide and support the dept operational activities * Providing overall coordination of document management and financial instruments and data collection functions of the department • Preparing comprehensive) proactive and timely processing information on a day to day basis • Managing the business relationship with other business partners of the department.

Person specification Skills & Competencies: • Demonstrated excellent accounting capabilities • Ability to maintain timely and quality accounting information for daily management review • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work as a TEAM

Experience and Education: • At least 1 year working accounting experience in a stockbroking/asset management company • Not more than 30 years of age • Minimum of &Sc Degree and ACA/ACCA qualification

Reporting Line: The position reports to the Head of Security Services Department of the Institution
