Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) has established a reputation for excellent delivery of insurance products and services, especially in special risks, such as oil & energy, engineering, aviation, and industrial risk management.
IGI is recruiting for Customer Care Officers.
The overall purpose of the role is attending to customers. Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of B.Sc (2nd class lower) or HND (upper credit) in Marketing or relevant discipline.
They must possess 2 years cognate experience in similar job function and a high sense of salesmanship and an ability to accommodate existing and win new customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Attending to customer calls either on telephone or physically on enquiries, complaints & faults
*Explain to customers the entire services offered
*Ensure prompt response to customers needs’
*Advise customers on cost or equipment
*Liaise with engineering department in resolving issues and complaints, etc.
