Jobs at Restral: Recruitment for Experienced Consultants

ReStraL - a leading Management Consulting firm desires to engage consultants in the areas of Research, Strategy and Human Resource. Candidates are needed both at a middle and senior level, however all candidates must be self starters, with some proven track record or experience base in the area of consulting. All middle level consultants must have had a minimum of five years in consulting work with a reputable organization – local or international. Such persons should have led small engagements in their area(s) of expertise and should have developed easily recognizable; as well as deployable, core competences. Senior level persons must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in consulting and are expected to have driven and significantly grown customer and product lines through both active business development and team management. ReStraL will be looking to employ only persons that exhibit the required level of leadership and who demonstrate positive influencing skills. All applicants are expected to display excellent oral and written communication skills. The basic educational requirement will be a good first degree from a reputable higher institution (local or international); however please note that a Masters or a Doctorate qualification would be an added advantage.
