Responsibilities Strong focus on customer management and efficient organization of Staffing across GE businesses; Active use of tools in Staffing Processes (JobFlow, HireSystems); Creative use of other recruiting channels; Support efficient management of Staffing Process taking responsibility and initiative; Participate in special projects with regards to University Relations, Talent Sourcing & Process Management as required; Work closely with Business and HR Managers to deliver on recruiting needs Requirements The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a University Degree, 1/2 years Recruiting & Staffing experience in a multinational environment; Commercial Recruitment Agency background with customer management experience will be beneficial; Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver quality work on time; Project management, organisation, and problem-solving skills Click here for more and apply.
