Job Title: Reward Manager
Location: Egypt

Reports to: Area Head of HR

Principal Accountabilities:
Provide professional HR advice and support to business managers and staff, ensuring appropriate reward solutions are delivered within the context of business, cultural and organizational priorities for BAT Egypt.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Practical experience with Hay job evaluation, salary surveys, and HR/Payroll systems are essential. A degree qualification in a business related discipline and ideally someone with previous Reward experience. Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.
