Diageo in Nigeria takes the form of Guinness Nigeria Plc. We are a major player in the brewing industry and one of the leaders in Nigeria’s manufacturing sector. We now operate three breweries, including one in Benin and Aba, with the brewery in Lagos considered as one of the most modern and technologically advanced breweries in Africa.

We currently employ around 1100 people in total, and make a big impact in other ways too. For 

example, we have established three Guinness Eye Hospitals in Kaduna, Lagos and Onitsha and provide clean water to several communities across Nigeria.

We are currently recruiting the following positions:

1)    LaboratoryTechnician- Benin     (Ref No.  29834BR)

2)    Brewing Technician – Benin    (Ref No.  29835BR)

3)    Technical Operator – Benin   (Ref No.  29836BR)

4)    National Sales Distributor Manager – Spirits (Ref No.   29838BR)

Please Note:

Candidates applying for role of Laboratory Technician must possess minimum of OND or OND or HND in physical, chemical or biological sciences. Minimum of 2 years work experience in a laboratory environment is required..

Candidates applying for role of Brewing Technician must possess minimum OND/HND in Biological/Chemical Science. 2 to 5 years experience in Food Industry would be added advantage.

Candidates applying for Technical Operator  role must have an OND/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering as applicable or equivalent. 2 to 5 years experience in Food Industry would be added advantage.

Candidates applying for role of National Sales Distributor Manager must be of graduate caliber with 10-15 years commercial expertise gained across Consumer Marketing and / or Customer Management.
