Exxon Mobil is recruiting high calibre Wellwork/Work Over Supervisors with the highest standards of integrity, capacity for hard work, ability to build strong working relationships and capacity to communicate across all levels.
Responsibilities
Provide day today on-site supervision of well workover operations and make reports to the wellwork Superintendents
Serve as the primary contact with the righ and third party personnel at the rig site to ensure that operations are performed in accordance with the workover program in a safe and cost-effective manner
Ensure that wellwork activity execution procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree (B.Sc, B.Eng or B.Tech) with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1) in any of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of cognate operational experience in the field
Knowledge in well work operations including workover / completions rigs and slickline and electric wireline operations
