MTN is recruiting a Business Analyst - Process to work in the Customer Relations department.
The candidate must possess a first degree preferably in a Social Science/ numerate discipline.
The candidate must also have have 4 - 5 years work experience of which at least 2 years in business advisory/ consulting, i.e. proven: Business Analysis and Process Improvement; System/Process Design Specification; Project Execution/ Facilitation.
An extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices, especially within applicable business area will be of advantage.
Responsibilities
* Identify business needs / project opportunities; and / or audit existing policies, procedures, practices and technology
* Ensure business processes documentation and alignment with business strategy/ international best practice
* Develop functional specifications and/ or system design specifications for client engagements
* Design and develop business, financial and strategy models for management
* Analyse data gathered by self/ subordinate; review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
