Participation requirements are as follows:
Category 1
*First Class degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics/Electronics, Systems Engineering or in a similar discipline from a reputable institution of higher learning
*NYSC certificate.
*Minimum 5 credits in one sitting inWAEC /NECO / GCE / GCSE or equivalent qualification *Maximum of one year post NYSC cognate experience.
Category 2
*Minimum 2:1 in Electrical/Electronics engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics/Electronics, Systems Engineering or in similar disciplines from a reputable institution of higher learning
*2/3 years post NYSC cognate experience
*Other requirements as above
Category 3
*Five years post NYSC cognate experience
*Other requirements as above
